Orders & shipping
How can I track my order?
- If you have a Nawa account, you can track your order through “Orders” dashboard on our website or app.
- You will also receive WhatsApp shipment updates directly on the mobile number you provided.
- You can also track your shipment using your tracking number here.
What are your delivery fees?
UAE
25 AED, but your first order is on us.
GCC (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman) & Jordan
60 AED, but your first order is on us.
Other countries
100 AED, but your first order is on us.
Please note: Customs authorities in some countries may apply import taxes/duties in accordance with local regulations. These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
When will my order arrive?

Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays may occur due to external factors such as weather conditions or customs processing.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. Nawa ships worldwide. Shipping rates vary by destination and will be shown at checkout.
Delivery timelines depend on your country and its customs procedures.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a separate email with your tracking details once your package has been dispatched.
Payments & refunds
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 3 - 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, and online card payments.
What is your return policy?
At Nawa, every piece is designed to feel like a natural extension of your everyday life. If something you ordered does not feel right, we are here to make the process simple.
Eligibility window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order for UAE orders deliveries.
Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Free of makeup, perfume, and marks
What can be returned
For UAE orders, we accept returns for:
- Full-price items
- Items with size or fit issues
- Items with manufacturing defects
Items not eligible for return:
- Final sale items
- Items missing their original tags
- Damaged or worn items
Returns & refunds
Once your return request is received, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection.
Your refund will be issued as:
Original payment method, with processing time depending on your bank.
An 25 AED return pickup fee will be deducted from your refund.
Original shipping fees are not refundable.
All returns are collected through courier pickup.
Returns due to damaged, defective, or incorrect items are free of charge, regardless of the refund method.
Repeated returns
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We also monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued/excessive returns will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your Nawa account or future orders being refused.
If this applies to your account, we will contact you.
Return process
1. Returns can only be requested by registered account holders. Ordered as a guest? Create an account with the same email address, your order details will be available.
2. Log in and find your delivered order under "Orders: in your account then select the item(s) and Request a Return.
3. Pack your item securely with all original tags, packaging, and documents.
4. Our courier will contact you to arrange pickup of the item(s).
5. Once we receive and approve the item(s), we'll process your refund.
What about returns for international orders?
At the moment, international orders are final sale and not eligible for returns.
We recommend reviewing the size guide and product details carefully before placing an international order. If you need help choosing the right size or style, our team is always happy to assist before checkout.
What currency will my order be in?
You can choose between AED and USD when shopping on our website. However, your order will be charged in AED at checkout.
If you choose a currency different from your bank’s default, your bank may apply a currency conversion fee. This depends on your bank and is not controlled by us.
Product & sizing
Do your pieces fit true to size?
Our pieces are designed to fit true to size. For added clarity, each product page includes a size guide feature to help you select the most accurate fit.
How do I find my size?
To find your fit, start by checking the size guide on the product page. It has measurements and helpful notes about how the piece fits.
What if an item is out of stock?
If something you love is out of stock, you can select “Notify me” on the product page. You will be the first to know the moment it comes back.
Account support
I signed up with the wrong email what do I do?
If you entered the wrong email during sign up, reach out to our customer care team. We will correct it for you and help you access your account.
I can’t access my account. What do I do?
If you’re having trouble accessing your account, make sure you’re using the same email you signed up with. We’ll send a one-time passcode (OTP) to that email to help you log in.
If you’re not receiving the code or no longer have access to your email, our customer care team is here to help.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can. If you would like to delete your account, reach out to our customer care team and they will guide you through the process.
How do I update my email?
You can update your email anytime through your Nawa account. Log in, go to Profile, and adjust your information as needed.
Is my personal information secure?
Yes, we take your privacy seriously. We use secure technology and reputable payment partners to safeguard your personal details at every step.
Do I have to register to shop?
No, you are welcome to check out as a guest. We still recommend creating an account so you can save your details, track your orders, and enjoy a more customised experience.
