If you have a Nawa account, you can track your order through “Orders” dashboard on our website or app.

You will also receive WhatsApp shipment updates directly on the mobile number you provided.

You can also track your shipment using your tracking number here.

Delivery fees

UAE

25 AED, but your first order is on us.

GCC (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman) & Jordan

60 AED, but your first order is on us.

Other countries

100 AED, but your first order is on us.

Please note: Customs authorities in some countries may apply import taxes/duties in accordance with local regulations. These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

Yes. Nawa ships worldwide. Shipping rates vary by destination and will be shown at checkout. Delivery timelines depend on your country and its customs procedures.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a separate email with your tracking details once your package has been dispatched.


Return policy

At Nawa, every piece is designed to feel like a natural extension of your everyday life. If something you ordered does not feel right, we are here to make the process simple.


Eligibility Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order for UAE orders deliveries.

Items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Free of makeup, perfume, and marks

What can be returned

For UAE orders, we accept returns for:

  • Full-price items
  • Items with size or fit issues
  • Items with manufacturing defects

Items not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items
  • Items missing their original tags
  • Damaged or worn items

Returns & refunds

Once your return request is received, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection.

Your refund will be issued as:

Original payment method, with processing time depending on your bank. A 25 AED return pickup fee will be deducted from your refund.

Original shipping fees are not refundable.

All returns are collected through courier pickup.

Returns due to damaged, defective, or incorrect items are free of charge, regardless of the refund method.

Repeated returns

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We also monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued/excessive returns will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your Nawa account or future orders being refused.

Return process

  1. Returns can only be requested by registered account holders. Ordered as a guest? Create an account with the same email address, your order details will be available.
  2. Log in and find your delivered order under Orders in your account then select the item(s) and Request a Return.
  3. Pack your item securely with all original tags, packaging, and documents.
  4. Our courier will contact you to arrange pickup of the item(s).
  5. Once we receive and approve the item(s), we'll process your refund.

At the moment, international orders are final sale and not eligible for returns.We recommend reviewing the size guide and product details carefully before placing an international order. If you need help choosing the right size or style, our team is always happy to assist before checkout.
