Nawa is operated by Nawa Apparel Trading LLC, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Our website is available globally, and we ship internationally.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase.
By placing an order, you confirm:

• You are legally capable of entering a binding contract
• All information provided is accurate

3. Products & Availability
We aim to display accurate product information, but:

• Colors may vary slightly due to screens
• Availability is not guaranteed
• We may modify or discontinue products at any time

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on the website at any time without prior notice.

Fit & Sizing
All sizing information provided on our website is intended as a general guide only. Fit may vary depending on body shape, fabric, and personal preference.

Measurements may vary slightly between styles and production batches. Model measurements and size references are for illustration purposes only.

We encourage customers to review our size guide carefully before placing an order. Choosing the correct size is the responsibility of the customer, and fit preference alone does not constitute a product defect.

4. Pricing
All prices are listed in AED or USD depending on your selected currency.

Prices may change without notice.

Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

5. Payments
We accept:

All payments are processed securely. Fraudulent transactions will be investigated.

6. Order Acceptance
Your order is accepted when:

1. Payment is successfully processed
2. You receive an email confirmation

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.

7. Shipping & Delivery
We ship:

• Locally within the UAE
• Across the GCC
• Internationally

Delivery times vary by country.

Delays may occur due to customs, logistics, or high-volume periods. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices.


8. Returns & Refunds
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for refund.

Returned items must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• With all original tags
• In resale-able condition

We do not accept returns for:

• Items marked “Final Sale”
• Items damaged due to misuseRefunds are issued once the item is inspected, within 3–5 business days after inspection.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Welcome Store Credit

Eligibility and issuance:

Customers who create a Nawá account or subscribe to the Nawá newsletter may be eligible to receive AED 100 in promotional store credit (“Welcome Store Credit”). Welcome Store Credit is limited to one issuance per customer, regardless of whether the customer creates an account, subscribes to the newsletter, or completes both actions.
Where applicable, the Welcome Store Credit will be added to the customer’s account and confirmation will be sent by email.

Validity:

Welcome Store Credit is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance. Any unused balance will automatically expire at the end of this period and cannot be reinstated or extended.

Use of Welcome Store Credit:

Welcome Store Credit will be applied automatically at checkout where the customer is signed into the eligible account. No promotional code is required. There is no minimum purchase amount. Welcome Store Credit may be used across multiple eligible purchases until the available balance has been fully used or has expired.

Welcome Store Credit cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged for cash or withdrawn.

Returns and refunds:

Where an order paid wholly or partly using Welcome Store Credit is returned, any refund attributable to the Welcome Store Credit portion of the purchase will be returned as Welcome Store Credit and will retain the original expiry date. Welcome Store Credit will not be refunded or converted into cash or another form of payment.

Any amount paid using another payment method will be refunded in accordance with Nawá’s applicable Returns and Refunds Policy.

Fair use:

Welcome Store Credit is limited to one per customer. Nawá reserves the right to withhold, cancel or remove Welcome Store Credit where it reasonably determines that the offer has been misused, including through the creation of multiple accounts or the use of multiple email addresses to obtain additional credit. Repeated or fraudulent misuse may result in restrictions being placed on the relevant customer account(s).

Changes to the offer:

Nawá reserves the right to amend, suspend or discontinue the Welcome Store Credit offer at any time. Unless otherwise stated in these Terms, any Welcome Store Credit validly issued before such amendment, suspension or discontinuation will remain subject to the terms applicable at the time it was issued.


10. Account & Security
You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account confidentiality
• Updating personal information
• All activity under your login

We may suspend accounts for misuse, fraud, or violations. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to our website or services at our discretion, without notice, if these Terms are violated.

11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Nawa website, including designs, logos, images, patterns, text, and digital assets, is the exclusive property of Nawa.

Unauthorized use is prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability
Nawa is not liable for:

• Delays outside our control
• Product misuse
• Losses resulting from incorrect personal data
• Technical website issues

Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the item. Nawa shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemics, strikes, customs delays, or logistics disruptions.

13. Prohibited Use
You may not:

• Misuse the website
• Attempt to hack or disrupt our platform
• Resell, distribute, or commercially exploit Nawa products without prior written authorization

14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the website indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
